1. Acceptance

By using Mingi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Your content

You own the content you add, such as trips, expenses, journal entries and photos. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it only to run and improve the service, for example to show it to the people you share it with. You are responsible for what you share.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not post anything illegal, harmful, hateful or that infringes others’ rights.
• Do not misuse the service, for example by scraping it, attacking it or trying to access other users’ data.
• Do not share another person’s location or information without their consent.

6. AI suggestions and travel information

Itineraries, places, opening hours and price estimates are suggestions and may be incomplete or out of date. Please check opening hours, safety, visa and entry rules and any bookings yourself. We are not responsible for third-party bookings or services.

7. Expenses feature

The expense and split tools are for tracking only. Mingi is not a bank, payment service or financial adviser and does not move money.

8. Third-party services and links

Mingi may use or link to third-party services such as maps and Instagram. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the service.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Mingi is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your use of travel information in the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
